At its meeting on 22 June 2016, Leeds City Council’s Executive Board approved the publication of a Statutory Notice relating to the expansion of Hawksworth Wood Primary School.
A formal proposal has now been published. This is known as a statutory notice, which is published at the start of a period during which representations can be made to the local authority. The statutory notice period runs from 5 July 2016 to 4pm on 2 August 2016.
The proposal is to expand primary provision at Hawksworth Wood Primary School from a capacity of 210 pupils to 420 pupils, with an increase in the admission number from 30 to 60 with effect from September 2017.
